A journal of my experiences living with POTS (Dysautonomia): getting through the pain and fatigue, fighting for a diagnosis, pressing on towards recovery. It's been trying in more ways than I would've ever imagined. But I know somehow it'll be better once it's all over. I'll be stronger on the other side. :)
I thought today would be hard for you, considering all the activity of yesterday. It's too bad you still have sucky days sometimes. But cheer up; the general trend is still positive.
ReplyDeleteWe were thinking about you on Sunday. It was really great to see you, and the kids had a great time seeing you and everyone else.
ReplyDeleteHang in there!
BTW, if you are accepting musical suggestions, "Keep Pushin' On" by REO Speedwagon is an oldy but goody.
Hi Emma,
ReplyDeleteOk, so I am still confused. Is the tilt training comprised of standing in one place for 2 hr OR is it just up and about doing things for 2 hr? And are you standing for 2 hr straight OR just the accumulation of time throughout the day?
Thank you.
Andrea
Hi Emma,
ReplyDeleteI hope today (Monday) is better than yesterday. Good for you for working to stay positive on a bad day. It sounds like you've really made a lot of progress recently. That is still fantastic.

To quote Grams and play into your song lyric theme...Mama said there'd be days like this.
